Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only within 7 days of delivery,
and only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or differs from
what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted. We are
unable to accommodate returns due to sizing issues, differences from
expectations, or ordering mistakes. Please review the product details
carefully before placing your order.

Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at
info@ayaspaceprogram.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
The return address will be provided via email after your request is
approved. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the
refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs
for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by us.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you
have the right to request a return within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original
packaging.
