Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

A flat shipping rate of ¥1,000 (excluding tax) applies to most areas
within Japan.

The shipping method is determined by our store. Customers are not able
to select a preferred carrier, and delivery time or date requests are
generally not accommodated.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes
2–3 days after shipment (3–4 days for remote islands). Delays may occur
in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events.

International Shipping

We ship to major cities in East Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
International shipping is a flat rate of ¥3,000 (excluding tax).

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by
destination (estimated 7–21 business days).

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the
customer's responsibility. Customs processing times may vary depending
on the regulations of each country.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging all orders before shipment. However, we
are unable to accept responsibility for damage or loss that occurs during
transit after handover to the carrier. Minor dents or scratches on outer
packaging that do not affect the product itself are not eligible for
returns.
